Start Spring off right in downtown Sandpoint on Saturday, March 13, with the debut of The Celtic Express, a joint effort between Albeni Falls Pipes and Drums and St. Joseph's Pipe and Drum Corps. The day begins at 9:00 AM with the 7K Kilt Run, followed by a parade at 12:00 Noon and a mini street faire featuring Celtic and other local crafts, dancing, the music of the pipes and drums, fiddlers and vocalists, and food! St. Joseph's will be presenting their famous bangers and there could be other suprises as well.
Wear your kilt, a swatch of tartan, your St. Patrick's green, period dress, or just feel 'springy", and join the fun for the first annual Celtic Express celebration.
